Postage

Orders are sent by Australia Post and should be received at Australian delivery addresses within seven working days, possibly slightly longer for payments by cheque.

Orders outside Australia are sent by airmail and should be received within 10 working days.

Returns

Please email management@broadcontinent.com.au giving details of the nature of the problem so that we can take appropriate action.

Note that the risk of loss and title for items purchased from Broad Continent Publishing pass to the purchaser when they are lodged with Australia Post.
